Vicki Myers, Ph.D.

Vicki Meyers has more than 40 years of professional experience across multiple levels of public education. She served 6 years as Senior Legislative and Outreach Liaison for Wilson Language Training, 8 years as Special Assistant to the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) and Office of Elementary and Secondary Education of the U.S. Department of Education of Education, 6 years as Special Education Project Director at University of Missouri, and 24 years of classroom instruction. She is a creative thinker with ability to synthesize multiple aspects of potential projects to develop strategic design and implementation plans. She is well known as a researcher with core competencies in designing qualitative studies to better understand the impact of implementation variance on policy and program change and sustainability.
