Melissa Concha brings over a decade of experience working in education. She has served in a variety of roles from secretary, office manager, data management, and records technician, to administrative support of multiple school, district and college-level administrators. She understands the inner workings, and shortcomings of the traditional educational system from K12 to higher education and is dedicated to its improvement and progress. Melissa is motivated by her passion to help others with out-of-the-box thinking and data analysis to achieve desired outcomes. Beyond her professional roles in education, Melissa is a certified integrative health coach and enjoys teaching her clients strategies to better their lives through clean eating, exercise, work-life balance, and nurturing mental wellness. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Latin American and Iberian Studies from the University of California at Santa Barbara, as well as Associate degrees in Spanish and Liberal Arts, from Santa Barbara City College. She lives in California with her husband and four children – with whom she loves to adventure outdoors.
