Dr. Scaccia has extensive experience helping organizations select, adapt, implement, and evaluate community-based improvement interventions. Jonathan was one of the initial developers of the widely used R=MC2 readiness model. His current research focuses on developing comprehensive methods to evaluate quantitative and qualitative differences in organizational readiness and enhancing strategies that can help to build readiness.

Dr. Julia E. Moore is the Executive Director for The Center for Implementation and co-founder of the Behavior Elevation Academy. She is known internationally for her ability to communicate complex implementation science concepts and has worked closely with provincial, national, and international organizations to develop their knowledge translation and implementation plans.
Sobia Khan, Ph.D.

Dr. Sobia Khan is a global expert on how to practically implement complex interventions in complex systems. For over 12 years, her passion for integrating implementation science, systems thinking, and complexity theory to achieve large-scale change has been illustrated through her work on multiple implementation projects in Canada, the U.S., Ethiopia, Tanzania, Uganda, Myanmar, and Kosovo.

She is a highly experienced implementation specialist, consultant, facilitator, and coach demonstrated by her leadership roles such as a Founding Member of the Global Implementation Society (GIS) and the Founding President of Oregon Learning Forward.
Steven Carney

Steven Carney, M.S. Educational Administration, is the co-founder of the IMPACT Learning and Leading Group. He has a wealth of experience in building and delivering research-based professional development and implementation support systems in schools, districts, and organizations serving as the former President of Washington and California Learning Forward, and current member of the Global Implementation Society (GIS) and GIS Implementation Standards Committee member.
Jon Potter
Oregon Response to Instruction & Intervention Implementation Coach

Jon Potter is currently a RTI Implementation Coach with the Oregon Response to Instruction and Intervention Project (ORTIi). He previously served as a school psychologist and RTI coach with Heartland Area Education Agency (AEA) in Iowa, supporting school districts in developing and implementing intervention plans for individual students with a high level of need, as well as building academic and behavior systems to support all students.
